Certainly, if you are reading this post, you are most likely looking for a way to get meals that will not have a negative impacts on your health. And here is one of the quickest homemade meal replacement shake you can make on your own at home.

Ingredients

  • One apple
  • One banana
  • Eight pieces of grape
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yoghourt
  • One cup of water

How To Make Meal Replacement Shake For Weight Loss

First of all, you will like to wash all the fruits before use. This is because you do not want to take chances with contamination of the meal shake. In addition, meal replacement shakes or smoothies are consumed raw. It is important that you handle all fruits and or vegetables with care and observe all necessary hygiene. So let us get started with the process.

  • Wash the grapes, apple and banana
  • Peel the grape, remove the seed and set them aside

  • Also, peel the apple, remove the seed and the tough middle, cut them into small size

  • After that, put all of the fruits into a blender
  • Peel the banana, break them into small pieces with hand or with the use of knife, then pour it into the blender
  • Put the Greek yoghurt and and water
  • Blend it for 2 to 4 minutes or till the mixture is very smooth

Banana is serving as the energy giver in this shake, adds a sweet note to the shake so that you don’t have to worry about the Greek Yoghurt in it. Even more, banana is rich in fiber and help in the digestion of food which is in fact very important for weight loss.

Certainly, swap in and out of the fruits I used here to suit your taste and what you have. For example, you may even add more fruits like avocado pear or vegetable such as spinach.

Most importantly, Avocado pear is rich in healthy fat, vitamins and mineral. And it help to boost your energy level, nothing to worry about it. Adding some of it in the meal replacement shakes is absolutely great for weight loss.

Finally, you may also add some cucumber. This vegetable is rich in vitamins, contains lots of water and generally awesome for weight loss.
