List Of Ingredients

  • 2 fresh tomatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • small piece of ginger
  • salt to taste
  • one cube of bouillon seasoning
  • 1 spoon of butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper

Tomato And Egg Recipe Preparation

  • Wash and slice the tomato into slim round shape
  • Peel off the skin of ginger and garlic. Also, slice them into tiny pieces
  • Break the eggs into a bowl, crush and put in the seasoning cube
  • Add salt and pepper into the bowl
  • Whip it intensely till all the ingredients blends in. No trace of lumps lumps from the seasoning should been seen. For the reason that if the seasoning doesn’t mix well enough it will be too concentrated at one part of the egg

Cooking Instruction

  • Place a frying pan on a cooker
  • Put on the cooker on a medium heat
  • Drop the butter into the frying pan
  • After that, put the diced garlic and ginger
  • stir it and cook for about 40 to 50 seconds
  • Ensure the heat is low so that the garlic and ginger doesn’t get burned
  • After that, place the tomato in a single layer into the pan like this

  • Cover the pan, then cook for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Flip the tomato on the other side
  • After that, gradually pour the whipped eggs into the pan

  • Check if any liquid is settled on the surface of the the egg, if yes
  • tilt the pan while pulling the eggs up gradually and gently in such a way that the the liquid egg will settle at the bottom of the pan like this

  • Cook for about 1 to 2 more minutes and then the egg will be cooked at this point.
  • Finally, place it on a plate like this, cut it into smaller sizes, then serve it with bread or any side of choice
