- Chicken (hard chicken a.k.a old layers)
- Scotch bonnet pepper
- oregano flakes
- Seasoning cubes (chicken flavoured)

- Cut the chicken into a small pieces, wash it and put in a pot
- Slice the onions, chop the sweet red chilli and scotch bonnet pepper into a tiny pieces
- Put the sliced onions in the pot, add a little thyme, oregano flakes, bay leaf seasoning cubes, salt and start cooking in a medium heat.
